在非主流文藝片的他，尤其王家衛電影總帶點遲鈍木訥，笑起來幾分傻氣，總之能夠叫你相信他就是如此戇直偏執樂觀的怪好人。《薰衣草》那個天使根本就是在利用本色來演，大概兩岸三地也沒有幾人扮演墮入凡塵的天使，可以有如此說服力。

《不夜城》終於遇上生涯一個最貼近真人且是真正男子漢的角色，緊接《心動》的林浩君交出了「金城武是有演技」的重要證據，由本色演員蛻變成性格演員，《如果•愛》與《傷城》他的傷心斷腸不止寫在臉上而是進了歌聲和形體之中。

他穿古裝倒有種不一樣的俠氣，說他太現代氣息？也不盡然。總之，金城武穿上古裝的優雅精緻，只此一家，氣質穿透了時空，更並不止於古今，甚至可以由天堂使者變成死神。

這一篇文章，讓我思索許久仍不知該如何表達。

早期所拍攝的香港電影，如今看來確實是不可能再見的角色。老實說，我還蠻想再看他詮釋抽離現實生活的人物角色。
目前記憶中，我最討厭《沉默的姑娘》這部電影，因為我一直很想狂打陷害金城武的壞人，好吧，當年的他就只是個一定要被冤枉折磨至死掉的大配角。
